La Floresta has different types of rooms with an exquisite design, luxuriously equipped and extremely pampering all the details in a perfect blend between history and modernity. All of them are single rooms with full private bathroom inside the room with a view to the outside.

The different types of rooms, their basic characteristics and prices, for full course stays from September 1st until May 31st, for the next course 2025/26, are the following (these prices include 10% of VAT, any modification in the VAT will affect the final price of the room), If the academic course begins before September 1st, the start date of the contract will be brought forward and the amount to be paid for those additional days will be indicated. The reservation period for the next course will open on November, 2024.

Singular and spacious exterior fully furnished room with private bathroom that inlcudes a 150x200cm queen bed, and all the comforts: small fridge, safe and TV. They are all special rooms but quite different among each other, because one includes a double sofa, another a small terraze, another special paintings and a vanity sink and another a brigth bathroom with bathtub and shower and a dressing area.

Exclusive very wide and spacios exterior rooms, with a relax area with a chaise longue sofa, a extra-large 210x200cm bed, and with a swinging TV so you can watch it from both areas. The room has a private bathroom and is fully furnished with additional storage spaces, a small fridge and a safe.

Diamond Suite Room (≥48m2)

Our most dazzling room. It includes two areas at different heights, one with the sofa and the wardrobe and the other with the extra large bed of 210x200cm, the desk under a large window that makes the room very bright and a swinging TV so you can watch it from both areas. It includes a bright complete bathroom with a shower and a bathtub and a small private terrace.

Not all rooms of the same type are exactly the same, with small differences depending on the location within the building and other factors. Therefore, rooms will always be assigned in order of reservation.

All rooms have natural light and are equipped with:

  • A 135x200 cm or larger bed with a folding canopy, mattress, pillow and cushions
  • Bedding (sheets and duvet with duvet)
  • One or two tables
  • Two-door cabinet with 2 hanging bars (3/4 hangers provided)
  • Full-length mirror
  • Study table, chair, shelves, adjustable lamp and trash can
  • Flat-screen TV
  • Mini fridge of about 30 liters’ capacity
  • Safe with electronic lock with personal code, with capacity for a laptop
  • Complete bathroom with washbasin, shower, toilet, mirror, heated towel rail and shelf
  • Sink and shower towels and bath mat

  • Wifi and cable internet connection
  • Air conditioning and heating

The monthly payment includes:

  • Accommodation in the chosen room
  • All supplies (heating, electricity and water)
  • Internet connection by wifi and cable
  • Daily cleaning of the room (Monday to Friday; except holidays)
  • Weekly change of sheets and towels provided by the Residence
  • Buffet breakfast from Monday to Friday
  • Dinners prepared daily in the Residence itself from Monday to Friday
  • Access to all the Residence's facilities
  • All the services of the Residence (reception, maintenance, security systems, etc.)
