Reception
At the reception you will find kind staff willing to help you with whatever you need and ensure your safety in a wide schedule during the day and part of the night.
Internet
Internet connection service by cable in all rooms and WIFI in the whole residence. In addition, the rooms have a USB connection.
Individual lock in each room
All the rooms have individual locks with coded key cards for both the entrance to the room and the residence entrance main door. In addition, residents can download an application to open their room directly from their mobile phone.
Bed and bath linen
The Residence provides bedding (sheets, duvet, duvet cover, cushions) and bath towels (shower and sink), as well as a bath mat. Sheets, towels and mats will be changed weekly.
Cleaning
The Residence has staff in charge of cleaning the rooms and common areas, which is done daily from Monday to Friday (except holidays).
Air conditioning
Heating and air conditioning with individually adjustable temperature, both in the rooms and common areas.
Security
The Residence has a fire alarm system and permanent video surveillance through cameras at the entrances and common areas.
Maintenance
Maintenance service provided by the Residence's own staff or by external specialists when required.
Printing service
You can print the documents you need at the reception desk of the Residence by paying the corresponding cost.
Pick-up of package and mail
Our staff in reception will take care of picking up your mail and packages as long as you clearly indicate your full name and room number when ordering.
Visits
Possibility of receiving overnight visits from family or friends with prior authorization. It is necessary to tell the staff in advance and pay the additional cost per night, for maximum periods of 7 nights, or some additional nights in the case of direct relatives.
Meals
Monthly payment includes breakfast, which is buffet style and it is served from Monday to Saturday, as well as dinner, which is prepared daily in the Residence’s kitchen and served from Monday to Friday. During meals residents will be able to choose from two or more menus, with options for people with allergies, intolerances and special dietary requirements. It is possible to reserve your dinner by requesting it at reception for those who have activities incompatible with our dinner schedule. You may also eat as many additional lunches or dinners as you wish at a special price. Special breakfasts and dinners with different topics will be offered throughout the course.
