La Floresta is a unique student residence that opened its doors in Segovia in September 2019 in a historic palace that has been renovated and equipped with the most modern facilities to offer an accommodation service of the highest quality standards.
La Floresta residence offers an exclusive accommodation service, with 34 rooms for individual use with private bathroom, common areas and catering service carefully selected to meet our resident’s needs.

La Floresta Residence is strategically located in the historical center of Segovia, about 10 minutes walking from IE University and about 5 minutes walking from Plaza Mayor, the Aqueduct and the city's main shopping and leisure areas, where you can find all kind of services such as shops, banks, cafeterias and restaurants.
You can also check our Residence The Factory Residence Hall, a cheaper option but with all the necessary services and facilities to make th emost of your university stage in a large community.
